Step 1 : Go to “Staff” and click “Employee”

Step 2 : Select the staff

Step 3 : Click “Edit”

Step 4 : Click “Appointment” tab

Step 5 : At Allow Online Booking, choose Yes

Step 6 : Set Online Period or Online Slot

NOTE: Must set same setting for all staff, if one staff is using Online Slot, all staffs should use the same method

Online Period: Customers are allowed to choose the time slot within the time period. Eg, if the time period has been set Monday (10:00am to 12:00pm), customers are allowed to choose any time between 10:00am and 12:00pm.

Online Slot: Customers are allowed to choose the time slot which has been set only. Eg, if the time slot has been set Monday (10:00am 60mins), customers are only allowed to choose 10:00am with service processing time equal or less than 60mins.

Online Period: Click “Add Item” and select the Day, StartTime and EndTime, then click “” button

Online Slot: Click “Add Item” and select the Day, Time and Duration, then click “” button
