[i] Unable to directly void an item with a remain, this error message occurs.

Step 1: Click “Edit“.

Step 2: Delete all remain item records.

Step 3: Ensure that no record of the remain is shown.

Step 4: Click “CHECKOUT“ to saved.

Step 5: Make sure the change has been saved.

Step 6: Click “VOID“.

Step 7: Make sure the record has been voided.
