Step 1: Click “Product & Service”.

Step 2: Click “SERVICE”.

Step 3: Click on the pen icon “✏️” to edit.

Step 4: Select the service section.

Step 5: Enter the processing time in minutes.

Step 6: Enter the service description.

Step 7: Set “Allow CWA Appointment” to “Yes”.

Step 8: Click “SAVE”.

Step 9: Make sure the change has been saved.
