Step 1: Click “Customer” .

Step 2: Click “MEDICAL CERTIFICATE” .

Step 3: Tick the checkbox “☑️” to select the record.

Step 4: Click on DELETE “🛢❌” .

Step 5: Make sure the record has been deleted.
