How to backdate a ticket?
1. Click on Sale & Appointment
2. Click on SALE TICKET
3. Select a time range and click on Search
4. Click on pen icon to edit past ticket
5. Change the date of the ticket
6. Change the time of the ticket created
7. [Optional] You can add more items to the ticket
[!] It is highly not recommended you edit the existing item or remove the purchased item as it can cause some inaccuracy on the sales record
8. Click on CHECK OUT
9. Make sure the record has been saved
