1. Click on Sale & Appointment

2. Click on APPOINTMENT

3. Click on any appointment block to select it

4. Click on Details to show its related ticket

5. Click on triangle to expand additional information

6. Click on Facility

7. Tick checkboxes to select to-be-used facilities

8. Click on SET

9. Make sure the changes has been saved

10. Click on LEAVE OPEN

11. Make sure the changes has been saved
