Customer buy and use credit coupon on the same ticket, how should I void the ticket?
Step 1: Click on “VOID“, you will receive an error message.
Step 2: Click on “View” on the error message.
Step 3: Click on “EDIT“.
Step 4: Click on “Delete” to remove the prepaid usage.
Step 5: Click on “CHECK OUT” to saved.
Step 6: Make sure the changes has been saved.
Step 7: Click on “VOID“.
Step 8: Make sure the record has been saved.
Step 9: Here can check the ticket status is “Voided“.
