1. Click on Product & Service

2. Click on SERVICE or other items

3. Select an item and click on the pen icon to edit

4. Click on LOYALTY

5. Click on Add Line

6. Enter redeem point value as loyalty point cost

7. Enter the price the point cost represents

8. Click on Add

9. You can add more redemption options by repeating Step 6 to 8

10. Click on APPLY or other disk icons to save

11. Make sure the changes have been saved
