How to cancel customer's prepaid items?
1. Click on Sale & Appointment
2. Click on SALE TICKET
3. Click on NEW
4. Search and select a customer
5. Click on Refund Prepaid
6. Select and tick a checkbox of prepaid service
7. Type “0” in value
8. Click on ADD & CLOSE
9. Click on CHECK OUT
10. Make sure the record has been saved
