3. Search the particular customer

4. Click on the customer name to show related details

6. Click on TREATMENT HISTORY

7. You can get a quick list of the Latest Treatments Comment

8. [Optional] Click on View All for a detailed list of the Latest Treatment Comments

9. [Optional] This is the detailed list of the Latest Treatment Comments

10. Click on Edit icon for edit the selected treatment comment

11. You can do editing on this treatment comment page
