1. Click on Setting

2. Click on LOYALTY SETTING

3. Select a reward point calculation method
None: Off
Total: Give points based on payment amount
Item: Give points based on item details
Total & Customer Group: Work as “Total” + “Item” , but it varies based on the customer group

4. When choosing “Total” & “Total & Customer Group” (denoted as “[T]” in this guide), you need to do the settings below

5. [T] Enter points given per spent amount (denoted as “N”)
Points = Amount x N/M x C% (if paying outstanding amount)

6. [T] Enter the spent amount per point given (denoted as “M”)
Total calculation method: Points = Amount x N/M x C% (if paying outstanding amount)

7. [T] Enter the percentage for outstanding payment (denoted as “C”)
Points = Amount x N/M x C% (if paying outstanding amount)

8. When choosing “Item” (denoted as “[I]” in this guide), you need to do loyalty settings on the item’s detail page

9. [I] Enter a value for the point given after purchasing this item

10. [I] You can tick Always use this reward point if you wish to ignore rules from the customer group

11. [I] Click on APPLY

12. [I] Make sure the setting has been saved

13. When selecting “Total & Customer Group” (denoted as “[C]” in this guide), the settings below will be applied to customers who are not assigned any customer group

14. [C] In the setting page, click on CUSTOMER GROUP

15. [C] Select a customer group and click on the pen icon to edit

16. [C] You can edit points per amount, it is similar to the default points setting

17. [C] Tick the Auto-convert checkbox and set the minimum amount before giving points

18. [C] Click on APPLY or other disk icons to save

19. [C] Make sure the setting has been saved

20. Regardless of any calculation method, you can set points when existing customers refer new customers

21. Click on SAVE

22. Make sure the setting has been saved
